Kitchen Sales Designer

Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budget.
Create custom designs that align with the client's vision while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
Present design concepts and solutions to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
Provide accurate estimates and quotations for the proposed designs.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends and product innovations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services.
Follow up with clients and manage the project through to completion, ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements Proven experience in the KBB industry, preferably in a similar role Experience with Compusoft Winner is advantageous, but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and colleagues Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and products Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Sales-driven mindset with a hunger for exceeding target Benefits Competitive salary with an uncapped OTE of c. £45,000 Employee assistance programme Festive closure to enjoy with your loved ones A collaborative and creative work environment Colleague discount Exciting projects and creative freedom TPBN1_UKTJ
