About us: Set on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, The Forest has a large open plan kitchen and restaurant, with a Mediterranean inspired menu that has something for everyone.
We have a private dining space, bar & snug area, 8 en-suite hotel rooms, and a large alfresco area.

About you: You are passionate about food, working in a service-based environment, and have a great team spirit.
You are ready to learn in both kitchen prep and cleaning.
You are a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
Whilst experience is always welcome, it is not required, as we will provide you with all of the training that you need.
