Responsibilities: To remove all rubbish and bottles from plate wash area to skip and return trolley for bottles.
To be confident in re-stock various plates etc.
in larder hot pass and fish section making sure all china is clean.
To stack plates in larder pass and fish section.
To ensure work area is left clean and tidy.
To keep rubbish trolleys clean at all times.
To have pride in achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness on section where employed, also to assist in any job regarding hygiene or cleanliness asked for by a senior chef showing flexibility and teamwork.
To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place.
Kitchen Porter- About you: Experience in fast paced environment Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, some split shifts You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team Great timekeeping skills and able to prioritise tasks.
