We're on the hunt for a true culinary maestro to lead and inspire our exceptional team of kitchen staff as our next Kitchen Manager.
Ensuring that every dish on our street food style menu leaves the kitchen is a masterpiece.
Your attention to detail will be unmatched, and you'll have a keen eye for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager therefore is a must for this role.
Your leadership skills will shine as you motivate and develop our talented kitchen team.
Through coaching and training, you'll bring out the best in each team member and create a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Whether it's catering for corporate events or delighting our guests with mouthwatering menu items.
Your ability to efficiently manage large-scale operations and maintain composure under pressure will be key.
You'll also be a master of controlling food costs, labor budgets, and effectively managing both controllable and fixed expenses.
