Role - Kitchen Manager Rota - Mainly evening to Morning Shifts (6/7pm-4/5am) Salary - £33-35k (£13.46-£16.83 Per Hour) Company Benefits Balanced 40-hour work week Share of Tips 50% Off All Food including friends and family Frequent Team Social Events Free Uniform Provided As a Kitchen Manager, you'll have a crucial role that combines leadership and coordination to provide a great dining experiences.
You'll lead the day-to-day kitchen operations with a team of 3 Chef & 2 Kitchen assistants, coaching and motivation of your team to cook meals that represent both quality and consistency extending to the customer experience.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you'll need: Proven ability in managing great customer experience in food preparation in restaurants and/or the hospitality industry Previous successful experience in managing the commercial costs and revenues of a food or hospitality outlet To achieve the highest salary successful candidates must have several years experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership roles.
