Kitchen Manager Head Chef

We are seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team in a American Themed Diner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a keen interest in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Schedule; Working Potentially every Friday to Monday.
Duties; Food production and kitchen operations Manage kitchen and front of house staff and provide guidance as needed Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to Help create and develop new dishes and menus Manage inventory and stock levels effectively Requirements; Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen environment Strong team management and leadership skills Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Culinary qualifications or relevant training is advantageous JTRA1_UKTJ
