Team Leader (Kitchens & Bathrooms) Up to £44,000 per annum + £4,446 Annual Car Allowance 40 hours per week We're looking for a Team Leader to make a real impact on our Kitchens and Bathroom Programme, to deliver great service to our customers.
In this role, you'll manage a dedicated team of multiskilled tradespeople and labourers, ensuring excellence in every project.
To be successful in this role you will need to: Proven experience in leading teams within construction or repairs environment Hands-on experience managing building or refurbishment projects Previous experience of managing Kitchen and Bathroom programmes, an advantage A commitment to our values, serving as an inspiring role model for the team Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships across teams and with our customers A customer-focused approach, delivering a quality and effective service Confidence with IT and data analysis to proactively manage the programme within budget Solid knowledge of Health & Safety best practices and regulations Ideally, experience within the social housing sector Be willing to undertake a basic DBS check If you're ready to lead with impact, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you!
