We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to work as an Educational Teaching Assistant to support a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis within the classroom and nurture spaces.
We require applicants with: Experience of working with a child with SEND An ability to adapt to new challenges and situations Creative, fun and innovative ideas for motivating learners Enthusiasm for working as part of a team as well as an ability to work independently Superb interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with pupils, parents and professionals Motivation to develop their own skills and talents in order to support pupils and colleagues The ability to work with a small group of children carrying out intervention programmes A hard working, resilient, enthusiastic and committed approach Acceptance of the Christian ethos and life of our school If you can offer the above then we would love you to come and join our team.
