Relevant Experience: Relevant degree qualification and MRICS Chartered status.
Extensive survey experience.
Key Responsibilities: Experience in client management and contract administration.
Advising on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties.
Ability to carry out building and measured surveys.
Communication and Commercial Awareness: High level of communication skills and commercial awareness, which are crucial for client interaction.
Analytical and Managerial Skills: Analytical mind and high level of intellect.
Experience in managing teams or projects.
