\nLocation: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - site based
\nContract: Permanent Fulltime with some flexibility on hours
\nSalary: £43,000 - £56,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits
\n
\nResponsibilities
\nAs a Sub Agent within the earthworks, drainage and highways team, youll manage the technical compliance of the project to ensure it aligns with the design specification, making sure the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.
\nYour day to day will include:
\n\nSupport the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project specific standards\nEnsure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded\nCreate a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities\n\n
\nWhat are we looking for?
\nThis role of Sub Agent is great if you have:
\n\nRelevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience\nCSCS card\nKnowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar businessI\n\nRewards and benefits
