KiddyKare are looking for a Room Leader for a lovely setting in Walton-on-Thames.
The nursery boasts of its fantastic extra curriculum activities such as music and movements programmes, Cook and Grow, Lets get physical, Magical Maths, Early Language and Stork to Walk.
With a salary of up to £31,000 working 40 hours per week.
Role purpose: The Room Leader is responsible for the day-to-day running of the rooms comprising their team and as a member of the Nursery Management Team, supporting the management team in leading the setting to ensure that high quality childcare is provided to all.

Engage with the Nursery Management Team to understand and comply with registration and legislative requirements, including any requirements outlined by Ofsted.
To fulfil the role of a keyperson to an exemplary standard, providing a positive role model for team members.
Carry out audits within the team.
Be involved in the recruitment of staff, including but not limited to, shortlisting, interviewing and observing safer recruitment practices.
Support the Nursery Management Team with employment relations issues such as probation reviews, flexible working, grievances, attendance management and disciplinary issues Assist in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.
Person Specification: Full and relevant Early Years qualification Full understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS Full understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework Experience of leading a team and dealing with staff issues Comprehensive understanding of health and safety requirements JBRP1_UKTJ
