Littleport Community Primary is an OFSTED rated 'Good' school located in a small town close to Ely in East Anglia with 400 children on roll.
It is on the direct rail line from London to Cambridge, Ely and Kings Lynn (just over an hour from Kings Cross) and is easily accessible for commuters.
About you Class Teacher Person Specification: ? Qualified Teacher Status ? Experience of working with children in KS2 ? Experience of working across a range of key stages ? Knowledge and Skills Ability to deliver high quality teaching consistently to facilitate top quality learning ? Ability to use ICT effectively to support learning ? Excellent knowledge of Primary Curriculum ? Knowledge of children's development of reading, writing and mathematics ? Knowledge of national and regional strategies and initiatives and ability to translate these into good practice ? Ability to analyse assessment data and act on outcome to inform teaching and learning ? Knowledge and understanding of the needs of children ? Evidence of innovative teaching and learning styles ? A passion for outdoor learning ? An interest in evidence-based research ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Ability to recognise personal and social needs of individuals ? Willingness to reflect on own practice to continually improve ? Positive 'can do' attitude ? Good sense of humour ?
