Job Description You'll be joining an established and successful Key Accounts Team where you'll develop customer relationships to grow our existing portfolio across the UK & Ireland in alignment with our Global Sales Strategy.
We have a Global sales reach across UK & Ireland, EMEA, APAC and USA and Canada, who all collaborate and engage frequently and really support one another. You'll follow a dedicated onboarding plan that will provide you with the knowledge and tools to enable you to be set up for success and focus on placing the customer at the heart of everything that we do.
The role will give you the freedom and autonomy to bring your personality and style to really make it your own. Most of the team meet in person fortnightly/monthly and it would be great for you be close enough to Dundee to join them to really help strengthen relationships with your team and leaders/colleagues across the business. Day to day you'll Manage a large portfolio of accounts through building customer relationships, understanding their business needs and the value Insights can bring Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts from initial enquiry and building relationships to meet the client needs and enable Insights to maximise potential business opportunities Create and present proposals to clients Nurture clients to enable long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty Work collaboratively across teams globally with a knowledge of overall business strategy and goals Plan and prioritise sales activities and towards achieving agreed business goals, maintaining contribution levels, margins and managing productivity output Manage pre and post workshop logistics, liaising closely with wider departments such as the Delivery team, Client Services, Legal and Finance Qualifications Experience of B2B sales and account management where you'll have built, managed and maintained strong relationships Proven success and results in a sales/account management role Motivated by achieving stretch goals, with a natural drive for results Inspired and excited by the opportunity to ensure that Insights is seen by its clients as a role model in customer service and customer experience Take ownership and accept accountability for your personal performance and development Resilient, with a commitment to overcome barriers and challenges to achieve your goals Excellent presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail Strong capability and experience in Social Selling with experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator Additional Information Benefits: • 35 days holidays (only 4 mandatory at Xmas and New Year) • Sales Incentive • Private Medical Insurance • Income Protection • Pension Plan • Health Cash Plan • Life Assurance • Electric Car Scheme • Gym-flex • Employee Giving • My Advantage – Employee Discounts • Critical Illness cover • Employee Assistance Program • Holiday purchase option • Flexible working Everyone is welcome at Insights.
