Key Account Sales Manager

Due to the continued growth of the European Surfactant business, an opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to grow a customer portfolio, composed of our largest accounts in EMEA.
Sales revenue over 40 million€.
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director.
Key Accountabilities: Sales Responsibility of a dedicated Customer portfolio within Europe, Middle East and Africa area Accountable to deliver yearly budget (volume, revenues, margins) for the territory.
Responsible for building superior Customer Relationship in line with Sales strategy.
Negotiate quarterly prices, supply agreement with regional customers.
Coordinate and support regional business with our global customers.
Drive/Support Stepan initiatives to penetrate new markets and launch new products.
Develop and manage new opportunities pipeline to diversify current portfolio and penetrate uncovered application segments, including technical solutions addressing customer unmet needs.
Champion commercial excellence with CRM full adoption to drive highest Customers' experience.
Seek excellence in anything we do.
Foster collaboration and mobilize organization to support Customer focused activities.
You will be degree qualified in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or in a Commercially related area.
You will demonstrate significant field sales experience, relevant business acumen in the chemical industry as well as noticeable achievements with large multinational customers.
You will have the ability to lead your portfolio through collaborative efforts coupled with excellent communication and motivational skills and be willing to travel extensively.
Fluency in English is a requirement.
French or any other language will be a plus.
The position is remote in the UK but preferably in the Greater Manchester Region.
