About the Role As a Key Account Manager, you will define and execute commercial strategies within a designated region.
You will work closely with high-potential accounts, driving adoption of cutting-edge products and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Your role will blend strategic business development, account management, and customer education to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities: Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers in transforming their practices and adopting advanced digital technologies.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage a defined territory, identifying and onboarding high-potential accounts.
Develop and execute detailed account plans for key accounts, leveraging insights and analytics to understand their needs and challenges.
Educate clients on innovative products and services to ensure clinical proficiency and successful integration into their practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including clinical support, marketing, and product development, to enhance the customer experience.
Optimise customer outcomes by orchestrating additional resources as needed.
Work creatively and independently, prioritizing critical tasks with a high sense of urgency.
About You: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, dental/orthodontic fields, or other relevant industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong business acumen, with experience in ROI analysis, P&L and cash flow discussions.
Comfort with clinical discussions and a willingness to learn technical product details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
