Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our most important client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our key accounts.
You will play a critical role in maximizing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
  Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their concerns promptly.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to grow client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience and effective problem resolution.
Sales Management: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and report on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Identify areas for improvement.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to anticipate client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally in [insert relevant industry].
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
