Our fleet of premium river cruise ships is known for comfort, quality service, and innovative itineraries.
We are committed to maintaining our reputation for high standards, and we are now looking for a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships with key partners.
You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and developing new business opportunities.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the river cruise industry.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with international key accounts, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market reach.
Negotiate group and charter contracts, terms, and conditions with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales targets, and market analysis.
Represent Scylla AG at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, in the travel or cruise industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
