Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Remote (with travel across the UK, especially Scotland and Northern England) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are thrilled to support our client in their search for a Key Account Manager.
As part of an innovative division within a global leader in industrial technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders.
This position is ideal for a strategic and entrepreneurial professional who excels in developing and nurturing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Deliver top-line revenue targets by leveraging the company's unique multi-brand offsite solutions, while strategically protecting profitability.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to ensure the company becomes a built-in supplier and partner to their businesses.
Market Expansion: Proactively seek new market opportunities to expand the company's business, utilising an entrepreneurial mindset to drive data-driven growth and product expansions.
Value Proposition Delivery: Master and communicate the company's Value Propositions across products, software, and brand, utilising differentiation to drive best-in-class margins.
Innovation Insight: Identify customer pain points and contribute to the product innovation pipeline, working closely with Product teams to drive long-term projects forward.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work proactively with other departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to key accounts.
Adherence to Core Principles: Always embody the company's core principles of Integrity, Simplicity, Trust, Respect, and Shared Risk, acting as a true ambassador for their brands.
Key Competencies: Proven experience in strategic Key Account Management, with a record of growing sales and profitability.
Strong ability to network and build robust professional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive simplicity within the business.
Collaborative nature with the ability to achieve goals through influence rather than force.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong commercial business acumen.
Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
Experience or knowledge of the Roof, Floor, and Timber Frame industry in the UK is desirable but not essential.
Additional Information: Must be prepared to travel domestically, with a focus on Scotland and Northern England, and internationally as required.
Flexibility with working hours is necessary.
