Key Account Manager - Cloud Sales Supporting a UK-wide network of over 5,000 local, expert technology providers, we make it really simple for technology resellers and MSPs to access everything they need to create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
Our market-leading platform, Cloud Market, provides one place where partners can procure and manage comms, cloud, hardware and IT products and services, from the world's leading vendors and service providers.
This role will form part of the our cloud sales team and will be part of a team of field-based key account managers.
This hybrid role will be responsible for retaining and growing a cohort of large growth partners and will report directly into the Cloud Sales Manager who is responsible for this team and cohort of partners.
The purpose of this role is to manage, service and grow a portfolio of high-potential cloud accounts to achieve targets in line with the company's growth plans.
This role is home-based, and the patch you will be covering is the East of England, South-East England and East London.
What you'll be doing: Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your Defend and retain your cohort of aligned partner businesses ensuring they maintain their ongoing run-rate business with us.
Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new product propositions.
Build deep and manage ongoing relationships with an account portfolio of 30-50 cloud accounts Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
Champion your partner to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
Provide reporting on customer performance, and present with regular cadence.
Ensure you manage pipelines and report regularly on the progress of campaigns directly to the Growth Cloud Sales Manager.
Ensure your KPIs are being met and achieved as set out by your manager.
Be present at industry events, roundtables, workshops, and seminars (travel required).
Experience: Proven experience in channel sales Proven experience in bringing set annual MRR targets.

Sales and results focussed.
