Hartmann Young is retained with a leading natural ingredients company who are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to oversee key accounts in the UK region.
In this role, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships across nutraceutical, food, and pet nutrition sectors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality natural ingredient solutions.
This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth : The Key Account Manager will maintain, strengthen, and expand relationships with key clients in the UK.
They will develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and tailoring product offerings to meet client needs.
Client Partnership : Acting as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, the Key Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction, advocate for client needs, and work to create long-term partnerships.
Business Development : The Key Account Manager will proactively identify new business opportunities within the nutraceutical, food, and pet nutrition industries, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients to support regional growth.
Key Qualifications Experience : Proven experience in key account management, preferably within nutraceuticals, food ingredients, or pet nutrition industries.
Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive growth initiatives that align with client and company objectives.
Analytical Skills : Skilled in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
