Key Account Manager (On Trade HALO Accounts) Central London Up to £55,000 + travel allowance + bonus The Advocate Group are excited to be partnered with a world leader in premium spirits on the look out for a KAM to look after HALO accounts!
As a Key Account Manager, you will represent our brands to key On-Trade customers in London, using your expertise to foster long-term relationships that align with both brand and commercial goals.
This role offers the opportunity to enhance your commercial experience while supporting growth across premium London accounts, including luxury hotel bars, Michelin-starred restaurants, and top cocktail bars Responsibilities will include: Lead the execution of the commercial strategy for London halo customers.
Take ownership of pricing and profitability goals for the market, working closely with commercial marketing to align with long-term brand and business objectives.
Drive regular business performance reviews and forecasting, analysing key drivers of market results such as depletions, stock levels, brand activities, and competitor actions, while sharing best practices across teams.
Own the P&L for London halo customers, ensuring financial targets are met.
Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors and build close, collaborative partnerships with internal teams, particularly commercial marketing and finance.
Promote compliance and professionalism, staying well-informed of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and confidently leading during crisis management situations.
Achieve annual RSVP3 goals (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion & Persuasion) at the account and store levels.
Take a value-added approach to sales, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and drive success.
About You: At least 2-3 years of sales/commercial experience, with a focus on On-Trade account management.
Strong proficiency in accurate forecasting and keen attention to detail.
Ability to leverage data to build compelling commercial arguments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
