Responsibilities Include Client Management: Handle inquiries from key accounts, ensuring timely responses within agreed SLAs.
Event Coordination: Take detailed client briefs for new events, advising on space usage and availability to optimize capacity.
Relationship Building: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure events are scheduled in advance for maximum revenue potential.
Communication: Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively across teams.
Business Development: Focus on generating repeat business from key clients.
Documentation: Create internal documents post-event confirmation and hand over to the coordination team.
Client Satisfaction : Regularly check in during planning phases to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee financial reconciliations post-event to ensure accurate billing.
Performance Targets: Achieve targets based on revenue generation, client satisfaction, and effective diary management.
Metrics Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics to support strategic planning.
Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
Your Profile Experience: 1-3 years in account management or sales, ideally within hospitality, events, or luxury sectors.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; adept at presenting ideas clearly.
Relationship Management: Proven track record in managing multiple accounts and delivering outstanding customer service.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a history of achieving sales targets; ability to identify business opportunities.
Organizational Skills: Excellent project management capabilities; adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solver with critical thinking skills to meet client needs creatively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
