Position: Key Account Manager Responsibilities Focuses on managing and growing strategic, high-value accounts.
The goal is to maximize revenue, cross-sell/up-sell, and build long-term partnerships.
Maintain effective communication with VPs, Sales and internal departments to ensure corporate objectives are met.
Planning budgets and activities for company account management.
Gain a deep understanding of the partners' needs and what they expect from our company Setting up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff.
Providing feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives.
Plan budgets and activities for company account management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with key accounts Monitor and analyze key account metrics to measure performance and identify areas for growth Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, top 5 university.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in ground transportation, travel, logistics, or related industry.
Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics Proven experience with ground transportation/online tourism company 5 years minimum Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Proven of Annually sales 30M USD+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Result and data-driven oriented.
Ground transportation prior experience is preferable.
