The Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Economics lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 potentially contributing to Business Studies teaching at Key Stage 3.
Foster a deep understanding of economic concepts and principles encouraging students to analyze realworld economic issues and develop their own informed opinions.
Create a stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to debate economic ideas and apply their knowledge to current events.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a rigorous and innovative Economics curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles and abilities.
Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their economic understanding.
The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Economics and Business Studies.
A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in Economics.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
