Be a key member of the brigade working under our Head Chef Be hands on in the kitchen getting hands on with the 'finer' side of our lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus Help bring the ideas on future menu development for a la carte menus, events and our exciting Private Dining Domes Have a hands on role in learning how to manage the pastry section, maintaining standards, assisting with ordering, training and development for kitchen and front of house team members Be responsible for regulations and legislation within our kitchen while you are on shift
