As an Operations Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of a thriving casual dining brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Spotting top talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Development: Training, coaching, and mentoring managers to develop the next generation of leaders.
Quality Assurance: Upholding exceptional standards to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Required Skills A strong background in casual dining or branded restaurant operations.
Proven experience in a similar multi-site leadership role.
