Junior Test Analyst

Job Title: Junior Test Analyst (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 at home) About the Role: We're looking for a Junior Test Analyst with some prior testing experience to join our team initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role is perfect for someone looking to build on their foundational testing skills in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Execute test cases and follow pre-defined test scripts to ensure software meets quality requirements.
Conduct manual regression testing to verify new changes do not impact existing functionality.
Document and log any issues or bugs encountered during testing.
Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring software aligns with user needs and business goals.
What We're Looking For: Previous testing experience (e.g., UAT or similar), with a basic understanding of testing processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good organisational skills with clear and effective documentation abilities.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow in a testing environment.
