Support Team Training: Help train and guide junior chefs and kitchen porters.
Kitchen Hygiene: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Menu Input: Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements.
Requirements Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing culinary skills.
A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards.
Team player who can adapt to different roles in the kitchen.
