Junior Sous Chef - Luxury 5* Hotel

Role We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Culinary Services team at Rosewood London.
The Junior Sous Chef reports directly to the Senior Sous Chef and supports the Sous Chef in all culinary areas.
Key expectations of this role Observing methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
