Junior Sous Chef Location: SW London Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (40 hours per week) We are seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team in SW London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional kitchen with a focus on delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Assist with menu planning and preparation of high-quality dishes.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Oversee and guide junior kitchen staff during service.
Maintain inventory and support efficient stock management.
