Excellent role in University College Kitchen - 40 hour week Junior Sous Chef.
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this prestigious college for a Junior Sous Chef.
As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to fellows, VIPs, staff and students.
The role will invole preparing meals for fine dining, high end banqueting and college cafe/restauarnts.
The role is 40 hours per week with shifts on a rota basis Salary & Benefits Salary to £33k + service Uniform & Staff Meals 40 hour week 33 Days Holiday Parking Pension Scheme & Healthcare plan The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and support them and the Sous.
Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner serice and functions The Person You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous Chef Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team Have experience of working in a busy all fresh food hotel kitchen Good attention to detail Ambitious and career orientated Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified AMRT1_UKCT
