We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the family.
Named in honour of Butcombe founder Simon Whitmore, the Whitmore Tap is Butcombe Brewery's new Bristol taproom, offering the full range of Butcombe cask, keg and bottled beer and cider, with delicious food served across two floors from our Robata charcoal grill and open kitchen.
Located in the heart of Bristol's Whiteladies Road, our street level bar offers exciting bar snacks, small plates, sharing boards and yakitori skewers, while the upstairs dining room champions British produce, local ingredients and big seasonal flavours.
All designed to complement and celebrate our very own brews!
