UK leading independent creative services agency.
We work in collaboration with agencies, directly with brand advertiser and partner with professional marketing community to support their creative implementation and project delivery requirements across all media.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our curious and ambitious team.
Salary: £25-28k pa + Commission   This is a hybrid role that combines marketing management and sales functions.
You will be playing a critical role in managing the rollout of a marketing strategy for one of our high potential offerings, building a pipeline of warm leads from inbound enquiries, and executing cold outreach to potential clients.
You will also conduct industry and market research to continuously improve our marketing and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and lead generation.
You will work independently, making the role your own whilst being supported by a manager, so ability to hold yourself accountable with autonomy is a must.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Management: • Oversee the Implementation of Marketing Strategies: Work closely with the key senior management and department leads to ensure the successful rollout of marketing activities, including LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
• Campaign Management: Monitor the performance of paid marketing campaigns, optimising as needed to meet lead generation and engagement KPIs.
• Ongoing Marketing Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing plans are executed on time and within budget.
• Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance and ROI, suggesting improvements and optimisations based on data-driven insights.
Lead Generation and Sales Support: • Inbound Lead Management: Manage and qualify inbound enquiries, ensuring potential leads are nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Cold Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our service offering and generate interest.
• Sales Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a pipeline of warm leads.
• Appointment Setting: Book meetings and presentations with qualified leads for senior sales team members.
Industry & Market Research: • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research into industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform both sales and marketing strategies.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback and pain points to help shape messaging and positioning.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and trends that align with the company's growth objectives.
Skills & Qualifications: • Sales and Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or marketing role (internship experience counts).
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident speaking to prospective clients, crafting compelling outreach emails, and communicating effectively with internal teams.
• Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO is preferred, but training can be provided for a candidate with the right attitude.
• Proactive and Results-Driven: Able to take initiative and meet targets in a fast-moving space.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance data and identify trends and insights.
• Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
