We are looking for a lead and revenue generating Junior Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team at g2 Recruitment.
This role is a full-time role based completely out of our Bristol office.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be working on projects across our various offices in the UK & Europe, collaborating on internal and external marketing campaigns to generate leads for internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES · Research and identify search trends and collaborate with the team on various media to aid lead and revenue growth.
(Media, Written Content Creation).
· Create, collate and define lists to streamline Recruitment Marketing Processes.
· Learn and develop Marketing techniques to assist with revenue generation.
· Work within the Marketing Team managing the social media and Mailout campaigns – creating social media content to reflect the campaign.
· Assisting the marketing team with content for the website.
(Writing blogs + industry updates).
· Collate and create surveys and industry knowledge both internally and externally.
· Work closely with Internal Recruitment & Learning & Development teams to be a key part of the Talent Strategy.
· Work closely with the Business Development team to help progress the g2 Recruitment B2B Footprint.
· Aid with the design, filming, and execution of Social Media Content.
· Create, collate, and keep updated internal and external Marketing Communications, including Newsletter and Intranet.
· Ensure the g2 Recruitment brand is consistent within digital guidelines in all activities (including third parties' communications).
Qualifications and education requirements Some Experience in Graphic Design (Desired but not required).
Skills Proofreading Lead Generation Adobe Creative Suite and Canva You will receive on-site training and Learning & Development throughout the role, to assist you to develop within the role.
