Junior Sales Executive

Ardeta Search is recruiting a Junior Sales Executive for a Global Manufacturing Organisation based in Chesterfield.

Responsibilities: Actively reach out to customers to explore additional quoting opportunities, diving into specific needs, projects, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a top-tier customer experience while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend value-adding products or services to drive increased revenue and foster stronger customer relationships.
Coordinate delivery timelines with product availability to meet customer expectations, keeping clients updated on any changes.
Each interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty and boost sales.
Skills: A goal-oriented, positive attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proven experience in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth, ideally within a global or technical environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, along with an ability to spot sales opportunities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying focused on sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The salary for the role is £26,000 + Benefits.
