Jr Quality Manager / Quality Manager Support Role - Central London DNA Life Sciences is currently partnered with a leading provider of Medical Device solutions who are seeking Jr.Quality Manager to assist the Quality Manager and Director of Quality Operations in maintaining and enhancing quality processes.
This role focuses on UKAS 17025 administration, validation protocols, change control, and the development of policies and work instructions.
Ideal candidates would have some experience working within a life science/Nhs quality setting.
Following comprehensive training, the successful candidate will also engage directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities: UKAS 17025 Administration Maintain calibration processes and trackers.
Handle client calibration details and certificates.
Create and update UKAS calibration protocols.
Manage purchase order requests for calibration partners.
Validation IOQ Protocols Maintain IOQ process trackers and protocols.
Plan and execute test cases, including on-site client visits.
Report findings to the Quality Team lead.
Change Control Management Draft and update work instructions and change control protocols.
Review and execute client requests.
Collaborate across teams to address client needs.
Alarm Test and Sensor Check Processes Maintain process trackers and protocols.
Execute tests and liaise with clients.
Review engineer reports and ensure accuracy.
Policy and Work Instruction Maintenance Draft and update internal policies and align them with regulations.
Identify gaps in current practices and recommend improvements.
Stock and Certificate Management Oversee stock orders, inventory, and dispatch.
Handle Certificates of Conformity and liaise with suppliers.
About You: The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Training will be provided, but experience in quality processes, regulatory compliance, or client management is advantageous.
