Job Description Our client seeks a people-first-orientated individual who focuses on excellent customer care, communication and collaboration between faculty, staff and external professionals.
As you will be a key member of staff overseeing the design, development and deployment of online programmes, it is key that you excel under pressure and enjoy the challenges that tight deadlines present.
When joining a high-performing team, it is essential that you can think outside the box and use your initiative to streamline new tasks, improve processes and contribute to the overall function of the team.
The Person To be a successful candidate for this position, the following skills are required:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Excel at working under pressure Experience in the service industries, or education Enjoy working under pressure and tight deadlines The desired skills for this position include:
