Responsible for products in over 5,200 pharmacies, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner to support the quality of products in our growing Community Pharmacy function.

This Junior Product Owner position is mainly remote working, however our product team meet on an ad hoc basis for collaborative meetings.
What you'll do As a Junior Product Owner, we will be looking for you to understand product agile principles and awareness of requirement gathering.
Collaboration is key at EMIS; you will work closely with developers and the wider product team to deliver our Community Pharmacy product, ProScript.
Within this Junior PO position, you will have support from our Product Manager and wider product team to define the vision and scope for your product set.
You will be supporting on gathering requirements, turning them into user stories and bringing them to life through the development life cycle.
Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include: Plan and prioritise the team backlog and development for the product.
Regular engagement with users and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle to ensure the creation of products and features that delight our users.
Using agile development principles, work collaboratively to define features, sequenced and delivered in a way that will deliver optimal customer value.
Who you'll be We're looking for collaborators with a passion for developing products that assist our customers in operating in a modern pharmacy environment.
You may have had previous Product Owner experience or have exposure to working with Product professionals on technology products.
As you will be working with various stakeholders from developers to product designers, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in building relationships with excellent communication.
You will be inquisitive and a self-starter with the ability to understand the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of the product roadmap to the market and the wider business.
Technical and professional skills we are looking for you to demonstrate include; Experience of stakeholder management at different levels.
Ability to work with technologists to understand technical requirements.
Knowledge or experience of Agile development methods.
Previous experience in a product or software delivery environment.
