Key Responsibilities

Support Product Development
Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Refine user stories and align them with strategic goals.
Write detailed and actionable user stories, including acceptance criteria.
Ensure the development team comprehends the product vision and requirements.

Collaboration
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
Collaborate with the team to clarify product needs and resolve uncertainties.
Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and internal teams.
Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Product Documentation
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including roadmaps and feature specifications.
Track and report on key product performance metrics.
4.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that deliverables meet requirements.
Identify, document, and report issues or bugs to ensure quality.
5.
Continuous Improvement
Suggest product and process enhancements to increase efficiency and value.
Keep informed of industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
