ROLE: JUNIOR PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST (3 days per week in the office) Do you have a passion for digital advertising and are eager to learn and have a positive impact on D2C brands - from small startups to large national brands?
Public Nectar specialises in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing, utilising their expertise to help clients achieve exceptional results.
With a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to national brands, you'll be working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Position We're Looking to Fill As a Full-Time Junior Paid Social Specialist at Public Nectar, you will play a pivotal role assisting the team in developing the winning strategies that drive performance across social advertising campaigns and unlock growth for our clients' businesses.
You will be part of a team of 21 that thrives on continuous improvement, sharing expertise and achieving data-driven results, as well as receive great opportunities for professional development within a fast-growing agency.
Your Main Responsibilities: Assisting and executing paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms Consistently achieving monthly ad spend and revenue KPI's Monitoring and reporting on the success of your campaigns to the internal team and clients, ensuring targets are met and performance is rising Optimising campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies Developing your skills in data-oriented media buying, conducting A/B tests for new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaigns Utilising data from reporting tools such as Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale to ensure all decisions are data-driven Fostering strong client relationships by understanding their goals, setting clear expectations, finding ways to succeed, and delivering exceptional service Writing direct-response copy that resonates with selected target audiences and creating thumb-stopping ads Championing Creative Strategy for your clients, developing core creative testing roadmaps, measuring performance, and finding new creative angles to test by collaborating with the design team Working closely with our Head of Paid Social and the rest of the team to ensure alignment on all activity and progress Staying up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine and improve advertising strategies Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the paid social team The Perks of Working at Public Nectar A great opportunity for development and growth as a Junior Paid Social Specialist, both individually and within the company Mentorship from highly experienced digital marketing experts Working with a wonderfully diverse portfolio of clients and strengthening your skillset across many niches A hybrid work environment A working laptop to help you separate your work and play, and give you the tools to do an exceptional job 28 days paid holidays plus bank holidays so you can spend quality time with your friends or family, or simply relax and work on your hobbies Ongoing learning opportunities through access to £10,000 worth of training and courses Regular Social Events Regularly get together as a team every quarter and bond over a variety of activities Subsidised Gym Membership of up to £50 per month The Right Person for the Job Has a keen interest in the Digital Marketing space and is eager to learn and develop their skills Helpful if they have worked with and has an understanding of different advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Is self-motivated and proactive with a drive to consistently improve themselves, and actively spend their time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices Is detail-oriented & loves analysing and tracking data Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail, loves tracking and interpreting data Is a self-starter and can motivate themselves without others' guidance Is fluent in English, both written and verbal If this sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from you!
