Junior Office Manager / PA Manchester £30,000 - £32,000 per annum We have an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing, dynamic company in central Manchester.
You will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Your support will extend to HR and the management team, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational duties, all while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
Key Duties: Being the first point of contact for the office staff and visitors Typing and sending out routine correspondence on behalf of the EA, HR or Marketing team Minute taking as and distributing when required for meetings Creating / formatting presentations and documents Meeting room management Arranging hotel and travel bookings Supporting with recruitment of new staff – onboarding, completing pre employment checks and sending out offer letters For consideration, please contact Nicky Murdock at Grafton Recruitment
