Junior Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Manager to join a long established business in Redditch.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with one-year marketing experience to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
This is a "blank slate" role in which you will work closely with the Managing Director to create content that will drive attention to the business.
The business currently turns over in excess of £6m per year with very little marketing activity, so the potential is really high to make a big impact.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies to enhance awareness of the company's business initiatives.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns and manage daily activities.
- Create and curate content topics that resonate with the company's target audience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze online interactions, industry trends, and customer feedback across all platforms.
