Role Overview: We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our Edinburgh office.
In this role, you will support our marketing and sales teams in delivering targeted field marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance.
You'll play an active role in creating memorable experiences for consumers while helping to optimise the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of field events and promotional marketing campaigns.
Support the leadership team by tailoring to customer needs.
Engage with customers to create positive and personal relationships.
Help develop and implement marketing systems to drive customer engagement.
Contribute to market research efforts to better understand our target audience and competitors.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
