You'll gain hands-on experience while receiving support and training from our senior marketing team.With exciting projects in brand development and digital marketing, this role offers the chance to contribute to impactful work and help shape the company's digital and brand presence.If you're passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a company that values sustainability and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms to promote services and boost brand visibility.Support social media activities, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.Help maintain and update the company's website.Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement) and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content creation.Provide general support to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, and senior team members on various campaigns and projects.
About you:Essential: A strong interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in this field.Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools (experience is a plus but not required).Digitally savvy, with familiarity or experience using social media platforms and website content management systems (CMS).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work well in a team and support senior marketing members.
Desirable: Experience with digital analytics tools.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous but not essential.
