What we are looking for… We are seeking a creative and skilled Junior Lead Generation Executive to join our Email Marketing team.
As a Junior Lead Generation Executive you will create and execute effective marketing campaigns and optimize existing campaigns in order to generate leads (potential customers). You will develop strong engagement tactics to attract prospects through targeted messaging and effective outreach, determine the suitability of leads and assign them accordingly. You will ensure that marketing efforts are accurately tracked and evaluated by assessing and improving assigned leads.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Sport and Business marketing, a keen eye for detail and an understanding of consumer behaviour.
The Role Working with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and strategies. Identifying target segments, defining campaign goals and determining optimal frequency and timing of sending emails. Ensuring the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintaining opt-in practices and complying with data protection regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, content and analytics, to align email marketing efforts. Responsibilities Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Performance Analysis: Monitor email campaign performance through metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. List Segmentation & Database Maintenance: Help segment email lists and maintain clean, updated subscriber databases to improve targeting and engagement. Required skills and qualifications Excel, Word and Outlook proficient. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging email content. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Preferred skills and qualifications Familiarity with CRM integration systems and customer segmentation. Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability and GDPR. Understanding of email deliverability and reputation management. Knowledge of email personalisation and dynamic content strategies.
