You'll work in a cross functional team, crafting and supporting new technical products to fuel our ambitious digital transformation.Experience with Java (ideally 17) and Spring Boot is needed for this role.Become a Integral member of an impactful Agile team, contributing to the shaping and development of esure's future.Craft and construct digital and technical products.Collaborate within a team to set the technical direction for supported products.Provide 2nd line support for applications and platforms, occasionally beyond regular office hours.Developer experience in scaled Agile, with delivery partners and 3rd party applicationsStrong technical expertise in Java and Spring Boot.Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiencesWorked on technical projects within cross-functional teamsKnowledge and practice of code quality techniques like continuous integration, unit testing, and peer reviewsRapid research and adaptation to new programming tools and techniquesExperience in building and scaling high-traffic websites or critically important line-of-business systemsAutomated integration and acceptance testing experience, preferably with a BDD frameworkAdditional InformationThis is your opportunity to shape our game-changing journey and be part of something truly special!
