Junior It Technician 1St Line Support

The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support within the school and managing escalation to central teams as needed.
You must be a positive, friendly, and sociable team player with a passion for IT and a "can do" attitude.

Enhanced DBS check (conducted by the company and must remain clean) Experience of working in an MSP / IT environment (or similar) Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/11/macOS) Understanding of computer and server components, networks and infrastructure What will your role as a Network Administrator look like?
Provide on-site technical support Provide telephone and email based technical support Manage issues flagged by our monitoring software Perform various system administration tasks on-site e.g.
