Junior It Systems Administrator

Key information Full time – 40 hours a week St Neots, Cambridgeshire – office based Opportunity information: Pico Technology Ltd is always looking for the best people who are experts in their own right to come and share their knowledge and skills with us.
On this occasion we are looking for someone who is proficient in IT systems administration and client desktop support work who is keen to learn and grow.
You will be working in a positive, open and supportive team of 6 where everyone is happy to help and answer questions.
This role is office based, you will be working in our St Neots office.

What you'll need: - Excellent customer service, communication & collaboration skills - Proven experience troubleshooting and working with Microsoft desktop & server operating systems and applications; MacOS and Linux know how is desirable but not essential - Proficiency in cloud applications & platform administration such as Google Workspaces or Microsoft 365; Azure or other cloud provider experience is desirable but again not essential - Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and back-end storage - Networking skills including managing switches, firewalling and routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi If you feel that this could be your next big role, please email me at ****** to register your interest, or if you have any specific questions.
