We are seeking a Junior HR Advisor to provide an outstanding HR service to an internal client group in our Central Region.
This role would be based out of our Milton Keynes office, and will also support our Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton and Peterborough offices.
Purpose of the role You'll work within our HR team transforming how we deliver HR services to our people.
Working with the firm's People Experience team, you'll work closely with the Regional People Experience Manager's and Advisor's to support with the implementation of the people plan for the region, as well as supporting on any tasks that support the wider firms people strategy.
You will work closely with the region's trainees, employees and their managers to provide generalist HR support and conduct administrative tasks across our employee lifecycle areas including on-boarding, employee relations and rewards.
Key responsibilities will include Be the key contact for all student across your regional offices and work with engagement partners and to the wider People Experience team to align to the firm wide student processes.
Create individual study plans for each student, working with our dedicated training providers.
Liaise with the training provider and the student, whenever any changes are required to be made to the study plan and update appropriate records.
Responsible for providing regular people updates across the region, particularly on all student study progression, aligning to appraisal and salary review processes.
Ensure managers have all relevant information to complete student review meetings, support with creating firmwide communications to Engagement partners and the wider business on any changes.
Support the Regional People Experience Team with any operational tasks such as exam disciplinaries, wellbeing support, payroll checks.
Skills and experience required 1 +year's HR experience in a HR Administrative/HR Co-Ordinator role or relevant experience.
Ability to travel across offices.
Experience in a multi-site role (desirable but not essential).
Professional services experience (desirable but not essential).
Willingness to 'muck in', assist as necessary and carry out routine tasks when required.
CIPD level 3 (desirable but not essential).
