As a Junior Helpdesk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting internal users with a variety of tech issues.
You'll monitor and maintain computer systems, support remote and on-site users, and manage the helpdesk to ensure efficient problem resolution.
Expect hands-on work with Office365, Azure Active Directory, and equipment like laptops, phones, and tablets.
What You'll Do: Provide first-level support for tech issues on computers, network devices, and software.
Triage tickets, keep users updated, and ensure detailed record-keeping.
Conduct remote troubleshooting to diagnose issues and escalate when necessary.
Create knowledge base articles for team reference and user support.
Repair and maintain equipment, collaborating with third-party services as needed.
Proactively monitor systems to prevent disruptions to business operations.
